Join us on the lovely planes of Southdowns Estate in Centurion for a royal icing cookie workshop on 9 August 2025 for Woman’s Day with our movie theme of “Pretty Woman”. This class is for beginners; no icing experience is required. In this 3 to 4-hour class we’ll spend time learning on how to decorate with royal icing. We will be decorating 6 themed cookies to take home with you.

What you’ll learn
• Outlining: Learn the technique of creating a border around the cookie with icing. (Including a practice sheet)
• Flooding: Learn to fill cookies with icing smoothly and evenly.
• Wet-on-Wet: Explore the technique of applying wet icing on wet icing for creating soft, blended designs.
• Layers: Learn how to layer up with royal icing.
